Little Bird Wellbeing is rooted in therapeutic bodywork and shaped by years of studying movement, continued education, travel, and an appreciation for slower, more intentional ways of living.
After completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Asheville, North Carolina, I became interested in understanding the body through a broader lens. That curiosity led me into physical therapy before eventually finding my way to massage therapy, a practice that continues to evolve with every place, teacher, and person i’ve had the opportunity to learn from.
In 2019, I completed my massage training at The Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, where I later returned as an instructor. Around the same time, I opened Little Bird in Newport, Rhode Island, building a practice centered around therapeutic bodywork, movement, mindfulness, and a thoughtfully curated apothecary.
My work draws from a variety of different modalities. rather than following one particular method, I enjoy bringing different approaches together in a way that feels thoughtful, practical, and individualized.
These days, you’ll find me in santa fe, new mexico, growing Bird’s Body Shop and settling into a new chapter of Little Bird.
When I’m not working with my hands, I’m usually exploring the desert, riding my bike, drinking too much coffee, or planning the next adventure.
