FAQ

  • We accept cash or Venmo (@littebirdwellbing) for all sessions, experiences, and add-ons. Gratuity is not required, but always appreciated.

    While we do not accept credit card payment at this time (for the above services) we do require a credit card number to keep on file at the time of booking. The card will only be charged in the event of severe tardiness, a no-show, or if a booking is rescheduled/canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

    Gift cards and season passes can be purchased here through our booking site.

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment directly through our Acuity booking page. If you have an account you can login and edit your appointment details, or you can follow the link found in your confirmation email.

    There is no fee fo rescheduling or canceling your appointment with 24 hours notice.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, please note that you may be subject to a fee amounting to your full session price.

  • Please arrive for your session five minutes before your scheduled starting time (but no earlier). This is important in order to honor the full time of your session, and the schedule of the studio.

  • Late arrival will shorten the services provided, but you can expect the entire session fee to be applied. For more information, please view our policies page.

  • Below are some reminders for preparing for your session, and taking care afterward. For extended information please review our arrival/departure page.

    ARRIVAL

    • Remove all jewelry and place in the dish for safekeeping.

    • Silence all electronics.

    • Enjoy a sip of water.

    • If needed, help yourself to the ear plugs provided.

    • Use the restroom beforehand in needed. Our bathroom is just across the hall from our session space

    • Notify practitioners of sensitive areas, injuries or allergies/sensitivities to oils and scents.

    AFTERWARD

    • Collect all of your belongings

    • Be mindful of time. Your practitioner needs to properly clean and prepare the room for the next client.

  • We ask that when you book with us that you are mindful of your current schedule. We find that logging your session in your personal or work calendar can help to alleviate oversite. Or, set an alarm for when you should leave for your appointment.

    In an instances where you forgot about a booking that you made, this will be treated as a “no-show” and you can expect to be charged for the full session price. This charge is not to be prorated to a future service but rather covers the time in our schedule that was booked.

  • At this time we cannot accommodate couples massage, however in some cases we can book couples individually in back-to-back appointments.

  • Street parking is available on Second Street and on several nearby parallel and cross streets. Parking can be limited (especially in the summer) so please factor this into your travel time.
